All Hogan Tools
If you are genuinely interested in discovering the strengths and possible derailers of your leaders and managers then we can provide you with a series of four strongly integrated reports that will fully meet your needs. The three reports look at a leader's potential, also known as the 'bright' side of personality. This is measured by the the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI). if you are more interested in personality challenges and likely career derailing behaviours, the 'dark' side of personality, we can provide the Hogan Development Series or HDS. Finally, if you are interested in a person's core values and goals, or what is known as the 'inside' of personality, then the Hogan Values' Report, or MVPI, is available. A fourth Coaching Report completes the series.
The Hogan SafeSystem* provides a number of robust and reliable tools to enable this to happen, all of these being based on the Hogan Personality Inventory, described above, and one of the world's most well-respected personality questionnaires. The first of these tools is the Climate Survey. Administered online the Climate Survey is easy and convenient to use. Participants receive survey invitations electronically and log in to complete 40 safety related questions. The survey takes roughly 15-20 minutes to complete and the results are automatically collated. This data then gives a customised Employee Safety Climate Report with individual scores on each of the 40 questions being collated to produce a company-wide, overall safety score.
The Hogan Safety Assessment helps organisations to make better recruitment decisions for those people applying for safety-sensitive jobs. It also helps those same organisations explore in-depth the safety-related behaviour of their workers, identifying in detail their strengths and areas of concern. Finally, the Hogan Coaching Process gives individual workers, supervisors and managers a developmentally-focused Safety Report; a set of personalised safety strengths; personal development areas and detailed feedback for use in Safety Performance Improvement Plans.
The Leadership Versatility Index
This is a new, 360 degree tool designed to look at both the interpersonal and business side of leadership. Strongly research-based, it provides the key to leadership effectiveness.
