Mike Vincent
Mike Vincent is the founder and managing partner of Safe Leadership, a UK-based company specialising in providing expertise in the areas of leadership tools, leadership through life and leadership wisdom. Working with a small number of trusted associates, he provides a flexible, tailored and high quality service focusing on all aspects of leadership development.
With a first degree in psychology and education, Mike also has a Master's in Management Learning. Qualified in using a number of specialist psychometric tools, he has a particular passion for turning people's weak spots and derailers into sources of positive power.
Across the United Kingdom, Europe the Middle East and the Far East, Mike has worked in and with a wide variety of organisations and sectors. These include central and local government, education, financial and property services, health and housing associations, IT, retail, telecommunications and transport. With experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors, he has worked from front line to director level, both as corporate member and as independent consultant.
A published author with five books and a wide range of articles and learning materials to his credit, Mike is currently working on a book entitled: "Life: A journey without sat-nav: Practical psychology for everyday life".
