Leadership Tools

All our associates are well-trained to deliver a range psychometric tools that help to deliver stewardship, leadership and followership skillsFor example, by exploring what is called a person's psychological ‘dark' side, we can help them to make more sense of their difficult-to-manage areas of personality, thus turning them into sources of strength. Furthermore, we can provide powerful feedback that can lead to genuine personal change that will strengthen a person's ability to cope with difficult changes and transitions more effectively.

Generational Leadership

Under this heading, Safe Leadership provides services and support for those making major life transitions; working across generational boundaries and developing the capabilities of older employees.

In the first of these we give real help to anyone making a major life transition following some kind of major organisational change such as being promoted; being entrepreneurial and setting up your own company; being made redundant or moving into some kind of 'retirement';

Secondly, our 'ages and stages' expertise highlights an innovative learning approach that makes the fullest use of the creative energy that can exist at the boundaries between generations. If well handled, this energy can give powerful business benefits. If poorly managed, conflict and under-performance will almost certainly result;

Finally, our third area focuses on the real business benefits of developing the capabilities of older employees.

Leadership Wisdom

Through our Leadership Wisdom services and products we can help you to meet the informational and learning needs of those of you committed to developing leadership capability and competence. To that end, we offer support in the following areas of expertise, namely:

  • The collection of research materials around leadership that can be used by specialists  in a wide variety of coaching, consulting, lecturing, teaching and training settings (Leadership Research for a Purpose)

Finally, Safe Leadership is currently investigating the possibility of creating study materials for individuals taking advanced psychology courses such as those at Master's level with a particular focus on those in Business Psychology.
